Shipping

We ship across Europe. Orders are processed within 1-3 business days and delivered within 7-14 business days depending on your location.

All orders are tracked. You'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Ireland, Netherlands, Belgium — 5-8 business days
  • Germany, Austria, Finland — 7-10 business days
  • Other European countries — 8-14 business days

Shipping is free on orders over €50. Orders below €50 have a flat shipping fee of €4.99.

Returns

We want you to love your WAW products. If for any reason you're not happy, we offer a 30-day return policy — no questions asked.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unused and in original packaging
  • Return must be requested within 30 days of delivery
  • Proof of purchase required

How to return:

  1. Email us at support@heywaw.com with your order number
  2. We'll send you return instructions within 24 hours
  3. Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days

Refunds are issued to your original payment method.

Damaged or wrong items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us at support@heywaw.com within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and we'll make it right immediately.
