Orders & Shipping
How long does delivery take?
Delivery takes 7-14 business days depending on your location. Ireland, Netherlands and Belgium are usually faster (5-8 days). You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
Do you ship across Europe?
Yes. We ship to Ireland, Netherlands, Belgium, Austria, Finland, Luxembourg, Malta and Germany. More countries coming soon.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free on orders over €50. Orders below €50 have a flat fee of €4.99.
Can I track my order?
Yes. You'll receive a tracking link by email once your order has been dispatched.
Can I change or cancel my order?
We process orders quickly, so changes or cancellations must be requested within 2 hours of placing your order. Email us at support@heywaw.com as soon as possible.

Is WAW Flow safe for sensitive skin?
Yes. WAW Flow is designed to be gentle on all skin types including sensitive skin. No blades touch the skin directly — the device uses a protective foil that minimises irritation.
Is WAW Flow waterproof?
WAW Flow is water-resistant and safe to use on dry or slightly damp skin. It is not designed to be fully submerged in water.
How do I charge WAW Flow?
WAW Flow comes with a USB charging cable. A full charge takes approximately 1 hour and provides up to 60 minutes of use.
How do I clean WAW Flow?
Remove the head attachment and tap gently to remove hair. You can rinse the head under running water. Do not submerge the main body of the device.
Does WAW Flow come with a warranty?
Yes. WAW Flow comes with a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects. Contact us at support@heywaw.com if you experience any issues.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day hassle-free return policy. If you're not happy with your purchase for any reason, contact us and we'll sort it out.
How do I return an item?
Email support@heywaw.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll send you instructions within 24 hours.
When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Apple Pay and Google Pay.
Is it safe to pay on heywaw.com?
Yes. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We never store your card details.
What currency will I be charged in?
All prices are in Euro (€). No hidden fees or currency conversion surprises.
